AIIMS Bhubaneswar is ranked 17th by NIRF, which makes it very competitive, though the cut-off is usually a shade lower than AIIMS Delhi. You still need a strong NEET UG rank to get in. The fee is almost the same as other AIIMS campuses, which is a big draw. It remains one of the toughest medical seats to secure in eastern India.

No, AIIMS Delhi does not provide lateral entry for MBBS course. Students need to complete five-year course to get a degree. Students cannot apply through Diploma or other bachelor's degree. To get admission, students need to apply through NEET exam after completing Class 12.
