Yes, NIT Delhi does offer M.Tech courses for two years. The institute offers several specialisations in M.Tech courses, such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, etc. The eligibility criteria required for admissions to M.Tech courses are candidates must qualify for their bachelor's from a relevant stream such as MSc in Chemistry/ Physics/  Material and relevant disciplines for admissions to M.Tech in Industrial Chemistry, BE/ BTech/ BSc (Engineering)/ MCA/  MSc in Mathematics, Statistics, Computing for M.Tech in Mathematics Computing, etc.

All the programmes of NIT Delhi are entrance exam based and seats are allotted through individual counselling. M.Tech seats are allotted through CCMT counselling. To apply for the same, candidates need to visit the official website of GATE and fill out the application form followed by paying the prescribed application fee online. Check out the application process of GATE here.

NIT Delhi M.Tech cutoff 2025 has not been released yet. However, if candidates compare the cutoff for the years 2022, 2023 and 2024 will find out that the GATE scores for some of the M.Tech specialisations has been increased and the competition has increased. Hence, the cutoff trend of M.Tech in CSE showcases an improving trend. Check out the below table to get a clear idea:

Candidates are required to upload certain important documents at the time of filling out the GATE application form. Further, candidates are required to submit some of the original and self-attested documents at the time of physical verification of documents after the seat allocation process. The list of documents that must be submitted during the GATE application for M.Tech are as follows:
