Should I follow old NCERT or new NCERT for AIIMS B.Sc nursing entrance exam? Do I need to study deleted chapters from old NCERT?

For AIIMS B.Sc Nursing, its safer to follow the old NCERT. As some exams still ask questions from the deleted portions, please cover the deleted chapters too.
