Yes, you can even apply for admission to BA while studying your first year of BSc. IGNOU enables students to pursue multiple courses simultaneously if they meet the eligibility criteria for the respective course. But it requires very good time management so that you meet the requirements of both programs.

Yes, you can join BA Economics at Delhi University even without Maths in Class 12. It will limit your option. Some colleges of the DU may offer this programme without the requirement of Mathematics. However, others are taking it as a compulsorily required subject at the time of admission to their college.

If you wanna know how to get it you can simply download the pdf format. Now coming on to the eligibility for admission you need to have at least a 50% score in your 12th. And it is mandatory to have physics, chemistry and biology as your core subjects and English as a subject of study.

With a CLAT score of 8314 AIR and an OBC rank of 1188, one can consider going for any of the Delhi government law colleges located in Delhi, which accept CLAT scores, including Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, and Law Centre II - those are all part of the University of Delhi.
All these factors may suggest that you stand little chance of getting into top NLUs because of your rank, but they usually have much relaxed cutoffs and, hence may allow you some leeway in the possibility of seeking admission under your category rank.
