Yes, if seats remain vacant after regular rounds of admission, DU may conduct Spot Admissions which are based on:
1. Availability of seats
2. Merit
3. Order of Preference
4. Category
5. Any other allocation rules of UoD.

Yes, candidates are offered admission in BE/ BTech courses of Jamia Millia Islamia based on their JEE Main rank. Aspirants have to directly fill out the JMI form with their JEE Main rank. Once selected, candidates need to pay the course fees to confirm their seat.

Fee refund policy of Faculty of Law, DU is as follows:

  • If a student withdraws admission before the last date of admission, full refund of fee with a deduction of INR 5,000 is given to the student. Refunds are initiated after admissions close and processed within 3 months to the original payment source.
  • No refunds are given for withdrawals made after the last date. 
  • Admission Fee is not refunded if a candidate is found ineligible at any stage.
  • Registration fee and withdrawal fee are non-refundable in any case.
