Yes, the BSc admission at Maharaja Agrasen College is entrance-based. Candidates have to appear for the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) and need to score a valid mark to get admission. The college does not provide direct admission. Instead, applicants have to sign up themselves on the Delhi University Central Seat Allocation System (DU CSAS) portal and have to select Maharaja Agrasen College. The final seat allotment is done based on the CUET score along with the availability of the seats, thereby allowing a strict merit-based selection process for an incoming student.

In case you didn't select NSUT Delhi in your application form, regretfully, admission to the university cannot be gotten just because of your CUET score. The CUET score is for entrance into participating universities, but during application it essential you indicate university and programme of interest. If one is seeking towards getting admitted into Delhi's NSUT, they should verify other options which might allow them to gain entry here or contact the admission office so as to find out if there are any possible choices.
