After 7th round, you have to report at alloted institute in the given date with all the important documents with photocopies of it. For more information, you can visit IIT Dhanbad website. Admission will take place at that time only.

It depends on the round on which you are allocated a seat. For students who got seat in 2nd round are required to report on 4th or 5th July. The whole schedule can be downloaded from
