BIT Sindri is a government college and government colleges don't accept admissions via management quota, so you need to appear in JCECE and score good marks in that to get BIT Sindri.

As it is IIT, so, I can assure you about qualified faculty, excellent placements. So, I believe, it will be worth doing M.Tech from here.

NIT, Trichy is the best option but if you want tag of IIT you can go for Dhanbad that is also a good campus. In terms of placement both are good. Many MNCs visit there and they hire those students who deserve better. But personally I suggest you to opt for IIT, Dhanbad.
