UNITalent is a programme where companies and international talents get to know about each other. In HelsinkiUNI International Talent Programme, a company starts hosting a group of international students from Helsinki University. The group can consist of students at the Master's level or Doctoral researchers, depending on the interest of the company. Through this programme, the companies provide the students with information about their organisation and industry. This is a 3-month long process and during this, the company has the opportunity to look at their own level of internationality.

Universities in Finland, especially research universities, are generally known to be very selective at admitting students. However, the University of Jyvaskyla is an excpetion.
Its acceptance rate of 60%, is much higher than that of popular universities whose rates of acceptance range between 5-20%.
Morover, both the Yrkeshogskolan Novia & Vaasa University of Applied Sciences (VAMK) have acceptance rates 53%, & 68%, respectively, per data curated from unofficial sources.

Yes, while studying at the Uni of Helsinki, international students can go for part-time work. This is applicable if the work timings comes to an average of 30 hours per week at the most. Additionally, students can adjust hours on a weekly basis as long as the average is around 30 working hours per week during the academic terms.
