Getting into EISTI may be challenging due to the competitive nature of the admissions method. EISTI, like other grandes écoles, has a rigorous admissions procedure. Students need to complete a -12 month preparatory programme in one of the CPGEs earlier than taking competitive countrywide checks. These include written tests and oral tests, which might be used to decide the final national ranking, which in turn determines admission to the grande école.
