Hello,
Sectional and overall cutoff minimum percentiles of CAT as under.
1. Verbal and Reading Comprehension percentile rank (PVRC) : 70
2. Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning percentile rank (PDILR) : 70
3. Quantitative Aptitude percentile rank (PQA) : 70
4. Overall percentile rank (PT) : 80
But for admissions in asked IIM, you needs to score above 99 CAT percentile. The academic performance, work experience, GD and PI are the other components plays vital role in selection of a candidate. The academic performance rating for reference is given below.
1. For 10th more than 60% : 3 ( 10 rating for score 90%)
2. For 12th more than 60% : 3 (

Hi Siddharth. Both institutes are good, but if we see in terms of placement JIMS is better. You should try in JIMS it will give you 100% placement and you will get to learn so many things. They will give practical exposure, live project, SIP and final placement in good companies. But it will depends on your skills. Good luck.

The placement of IRM Jaipur concluded with a total of 138 offers for PGDM programme. It also provides summer internships to its students. Several leading multinational companies across the globe visit every year for campus recruitment. The highest package offered is 9 LPA and a total of 138 students got placed. AIMA courses are for working professionals, Entrepreneurs and Graduates who plan to work while they pursue PGDM. The PGDM can be completed from a minimum of 2 to maximum 5 years of duration. Hence, AIMA courses are learning through the Self Instructional Study Material. So, these are distance type of courses.
