You can do Pharma.D after B.Pharma. It is called as Pharma.D (PB) course. PB means post bacculerate. Those who have completed B.Pharma can get direct admission to fourth year Pharma.D. Many colleges that have Pharma.D course have this course too. After B.Pharma, 3-year Pharma.D (PB), 2 years academic and 1 year internship. Internship will give you practical exposure of what you have studied. There will be ward rounds with doctors and you will know how to apply for pharmacology knowledge in terms of treatment.

Your academic record is just decent, your CAT score is very low. The chances of getting admission are very low.
