Yes, it is a good option. All schools across the e country need librarians. Even government jobs are available in government libraries. Medium is up to your choice.

Yes, you can definitely take CS in PDPU if you meet the following eligibility criteria:
a) A candidate should have secured a rank in Paper 1 of JEE Main 2019 AND
A candidate should have passed the Qualifying Examination with minimum 45% marks (40% in case of SC / ST) in aggregate in theory and practic
