Hi, The minimum marks needed are 40% if you are from Vadodara, 50% if you are from other district of Gujarat, and 60% if you are from other states. There are no specified cut-off marks. The admission is merit based and the marks vary for the various fields. The subjects offered are- Botany, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Geology, Geography and Zoology. You have to go for Gate examination as it is basic criteria for doing M.Tech in engineering college. This criteria is applicable for SVNIT also. So, all the best for future.
