You must qualify NATA and score aggregate 50% in 10+2 along with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Maths to be eligible to apply.

For B. Arch program, we consider NATA. For other under graduate programs, we take our own entrance exam.

Hi Bhavya,For the admissions of the academic year 2019-20, a student must have 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry & Maths each along with 50% aggregate in 10+2 result. NATA should also be qualified.
