Aston University in UK is well-regarded, especially for international exposure, but it does not match IIM Ahmedabad's prestige in management education. Yes, you may join Kanpur Institute of Technology without JEE Main, but with direct admission against vacant seats only, which account for 15% of total seats under management/NRI quota. Durham offers a globally recognised education within excellent research facilities and varied exposures to teaching styles and a wide international network. IIT Gandhinagar is amongst the IITs, best engineering colleges with stringent academic standards and a good research opportunity with industry connections in India. Though Durham may have an international exposure, IIT Gandhinagar gives a quality technical education focusing on placing its career opportunities in the local Indian job market. The decision would depend on long-term ambitions and location preferences
