School of Management, PDEU offers courses at PG and doctoral levels. The courses offered by SoM includes MBA, Executive MBA and PhD. Candidates fulfiling the eligibility requirements can apply for admission online on the official website of the school. Admission to MBA and PhD courses is entrance-based.

Candidates who have passed a master's degree or a professional degree equivalent to it with at least 55% aggregate or its equivalent can apply for the PhD course at School of Management, PDEU. There is a relaxation of 5% in the aggregate for SC / ST / OBC (non-creamy layer) / differently-abled candidates & other categories of candidates as per the decisions of the Commission from time to time.

For PhD in Management, MBA/ MTech/ ME/ ACA/ AIC/ WA/ ACS level or its equivalent as recognised by UGC / AICTE in appropriate area is required.

UID Ahmedabad seat intake varies at both the campuses. At the Ahmedabad campus, the seats are allotted as per the sanctioned count and performance in selection rounds. School of Management, PDEU selects candidates for PhD programme based on Written Aptitude Test conducted by the school. WAT shall consist of 50% weightage on research methodology and 50% weightage on subject specific questions. Aspirants with 50% or more in WAT are further required to appear for personal interview or viva-voce. 70% weightage is given to entrance test and 30% to performance of the aspirants in the personal interview round for admission.

MBA is the flagship programme of School of Management, PDEU. Students pursuing MBA are open to campus placements. In the recent placement drive, a the highest package of INR 14.71 LPA was offered to students. The average package stood at INR 8.91 LPA. Some of the top recruiters like Accenture, ICICI Bank, KPMG, Infosys, etc. participated in the placement drive.

UID Ahmedabad, Karnavati University has a seat intake of 60 for the BDes (Hons) in Global Design programme. Students are admitted as per the sanctioned seat intake and selection criteria. The seat intake for this course varies for the NCR campus. Moreover, the aforementioned seat count is as per the official website/sanctioning body. The institute reserves the right to revise the seat intake. 

School of Management, PDEU offers Merit-cum-Means Scholarship to MBA students. Selected students get a 50% waiver on the tuition fee. Aspirants should not have a family income of more than INR 10 Lacs in the previous financial year. Also, aspirants should have secured 85 percentile CAT/ XAT/ NMAT for selection.

The answer to this question depends on the course applied by the candidates. Those who wish to get admission in MBA or PhD course require qualifying an entrance exam. Aspirants need to have a valid score in CAT, XAT or NMAT for MBA whereas Written Aptitude Test is considered for admission to PhD programme. No entrance exam is required for admission to Executive MBA programme.
