The application form can be filled in offline mode. So, it is clear from the factual data that DDU - Dharmsinh Desai University is quite expensive than Sarder Patel University. Yes, Sardar Patel university accepts CMAT ( common management admission test) for MBA admissions. 

Apart from CMAT score the admissions are also done on the basis of CAT scores. But the basic eligibility shold be fulfilled before the entrance exams which is 50 percent minimum in graduation followed by these entrance exams.

For MBA, according to me Sardar Patel university (SPU) is way much better than Dharmsinh Desai university (DDU) because

• Total course fees in SPU is INR 1.74 Lacs where as in DDU is INR 3.19 Lacs for 2 years 
• Faculty and crowd is better in SPU
• SPU is rated A where DDU is rated B+ by NAAC
