No, CLAT is not compulsory to take admission in Ishaan Institute of Law. The institute offers admission into the courses such as LLB, BA LLB and LLM based on the merit achieved by the candidates in their last qualifying exam. Application process is compulsory and it can be conducted online/offline.

For the General AI category, the overall cutoff varied from 30006 to 50861. Hence, the minimum rank required for admission for this category would be 50861. To know the minimum cutoff for other categories, see below.

Students who want to participate in the GUJCET Counselling need to first appear for the GUJCET entrance exam, attain a valid rank, and then register for the counselling process.
The documents required for counselling are as follows:
- Class 10 and 12 Marksheet
- GUJCET Scorecard
- Transfer Certificate from School
- Caste Certificate
- PwD Certificate (if applicable)
- Income Certificate
- Candidate's Photograph
