So, it is clear from the factual data that DDU - Dharmsinh Desai University is quite expensive than Sarder Patel University. It also accepts CMAT exam whereas DDU accepts various exams like CMAT, CAT and accepts ACPC Admissions.

Sardar Patel Unviersity is a public state university situated in Gujarat. The admissions are based on various entrance exams like XAT, CAT, MAT, JEE Main , CLAT and GATE.
