Both the courses have been designed for distinct career options, the candidate who is applying must do a deep study to find out their stream of interest. While PGDM in financial services is more oriented towards the BSMI sector, the PGDM in retail management prepares you for essential management skills. The financial services course are a bit more of technical nature than the retail management course. Placement for both the courses in Jaipuria is quite decent, hence students must apply on the basis of their interest rather than doing comparitive analysis on the basis of scope.

Jaipuria Institue of Mangement, Lucknow is among prestigious Management institutes and if you get it in the cut off allotments you must insist. The institute grabbed 27th position in the top B schools with an A grade by NAAC and 92nd NIRF ranking. The average on campus placement is of Rs. 12.34 lacs including the CTC. The on-campus placements are offered by banks like ICICI, HDFC and so on, while the poignant companies like HCL, Piramal group are also included. The campus is pretty huge with a very virtuous faculty hence it is a good option in terms pursuing MBA.

Both the colleges have strived after excellence in various streams as both have an accreditation to NAAC and NBA with an approval by AICTE. The Noida branch had a better ranking in NIRF while the Lucknow branch toppled it in top private B schools.  Even the Lucknow branch is older than Noida one, as it was established in 1995 and from my research experience it is evident that the older the college is the better stabled infra it provides. But if you are looking for a college with better exposure then Jaipuria institute of Noida is better as many prestigious colleges like Galgotia, Amity, Sharda and so on are present near it. Both t

The eligibility criteria for applying to Padmashree Institute of Management and Sciences is only 60% in class 12th if you want to pursue a BSc, but if you are applying in the non-technical courses you need to just pass class 12th.

But as the availability of seats is quite low in Padmashree Institute of Management and Sciences the intake of candidates is done on a merit basis so if you really want to join the college then you need to secure at least 70%.

If your percentage is above 70% in class 12th then for sure you will be allotted any seat.

You can apply for admission to PIMS College by just qualifying in class 12th as the eligibility criteria for all the courses is only 12th pass.

Though for the Science background i.e., BSc you all need is just 60 percent which you have already mentioned that you have scored 70% which is more than the minimum value.

Hey, if for direct admission you mean without any entrance exam then yes, PIMS does not take any entrance exam till the date for its admission procedure.

But one need to qualify for the class 12 exam from any of the recognised board with at least 60%.

Though there is a discussion about commencing the entrance exam, there is no official news of that so be relaxed about it and don’t believe in rumors.
