It is similar process as other colleges. In every semester there are some subjects and credit given to each subject and based on that student secure grade in each subject and from it your SPI will be calculated and average of each semester will be your CGPA.

It has an E-cell and a lab named 'Idea Lab', wherein if a student has an idea that could solve a real-world problem, they can pitch their idea infront of panelists and if their idea gets selected, they can even get funding from the college to work on their idea. E-cell on the otherhand organizes various workshops and events, where famous industry tycoons come and share their knowledge on business building and importance of skill development.

In the University there is hostels but not for B.Tech students only boys. Instead of it you can find different hostels near the University. Hiramani, SGVP, Godrej garden city, Pratham, Stanza living and many more.
