Results for the semester exam usually depend on the date when the exams are over. At Chalapathi Institute of Technology, the results are generally declared 1-2 months after the exams are over. Results can be viewed at the official website of the institute or the student portal.

Chalapathi Institute of Technology has a decent faculty—rated around 3.3–3.6/5. Many professors are well-qualified, approachable, and supportive, helping with academics, projects, and placements. However, some students note uneven teaching quality and occasional gaps in subject coverage  .

The college offers only BTech, MTech, and Diploma courses. Admission to only BTech courses at the Chalapathi Institute of Technology is done based on the scores obtained in the AP EAMCET scores. Admission to other courses is not done based on the scores obtained in any entrance exam. The rank required for admission to BTech in 2025 varied from 34516 to 143056, depending on the specialisation of BTech in which the college is interested. Yes, you can get direct admission to Chalapathi Institute of Technology through the 30% management quota without Andhra Pradesh EAMCET. You must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, securing at least 50% aggregate. Admission is based on merit, document verification, and fee payment through the college's admission cell.
