Yes admission to the B.E. / B.Tech course at Delhi College of Technology and Management (DCTM) without appearing for the LEET exam is possible if you want to take admission to the regular (first-year) B.Tech program. Admission to the regular B.Tech programme is primarily based on JEE Main score or the Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES) exam score, not LEET. LEET is specifically for candidates who wish to join the B.Tech programme in the second year through lateral entry, typically after completing diploma.

Like for B.E. / B.Tech, Total Tuition Fees ranges from 2,12,000 to 2,55,000 for the entire 4-year program, depending on the specialisation and for M.B.A, Total Fees ranges from 90,000 to 1,20,000 for the 2-year programme and for ME / M.E. / M.Tech courses total Fees is around 1,40,000 for the 2-year program, across specializations like Computer Science Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, and Machine Design.
