Yamuna Group of Institutions (YGI) eligibility criteria for B.E./B.Tech are:

1. Educational Qualifications
-12th Standard* with 45% (40% for reserved categories) in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics  (PCM)
- 3 years Diploma in Engineering or *B.Sc. (Maths) with 45 % (40% for reserved categories) also would be eligible as wellby another path.

2. Age: The candidate shall be 17 years and above (on 31st December of the year just prior to the admission year)

3. Entrances Exam : The basis of admissions is through Haryana State Entrance Test (OLET LEET). 

For admission to the B.E./B.Tech (Lateral Entry) programme at Yamuna Group of Institutions, Yamuna Nagar, candidates must appear for the Haryana Lateral Entry Entrance Test (LEET). The tentative schedule for LEET 2025 is as follows:

• Application Form Release: First week of August 2025
• Online Application Submission: Until the last week of August 2025
• Examination Date: October 2025
• Result Declaration: November 2025
• Counseling Process: August 2025 

For getting admission in School of Pharmaceutical Sciences in Apeejay Stya University for B.Pharma course the student must have at least 60 percent in 12 board exams and 70 percentile in CUET exam.

The last date for registration for the ASUAT Exam (for B.Pharm admission) at Apeejay Stya University is April 18,2025. The ASUAT Exam itself is scheduled for April 19, 2025. The result date for the ASUAT Exam is also upcoming. For B.Pharm admissions, the HSTES 2025 counselling registration window is expected to open tentatively in May 2025.
