For admissions to B.E. / B.Tech programs in Haryana Engineering Colleges, the LEET or Lateral Entry Entrance Test, registration starts in April and goes on till June. The examination tends to be conducted mid June with the release of the results soon after the examination. Applicants should also know that counseling probe also takes place but takes place after the release of the results, usually held in July or August. These may defer by year and hence the candidates are advised to check the official Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES) or from official notification for the actual dates of registration or examination.

For admission to the BCA + UGPM course, students need to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria in the first place. The selection criteria for IBMR Group of Institutions is based on merit. Apart from this, the total tuition fee for the BCA + UGPM course is INR 3.4 lakh.

To be eligible for the award of the degree, candidates shall complete the course in a maximum period of 18 months from the date of enrolment for the first semester of the course.
