The NIT Kurukshetra placement data for recent years shows that the placement rate has ranged from 88 - 95 percent across most courses offered by the institute.

Currently, there is no available placement record that states that NIT Kurukshetra has a 100 percent placement rate . Hence, NIT Kurukshetra probably does not provide 100% placements to all its students.
