Yes, Manav Rachna University does accept CUET scores. While the university primarily considers the MRNAT score to shortlist students, it also considers other exams. CUET along with JEE, CLAT, UCEED, etc., are all accepted for admissions.

Your eligibility for a scholarship is usually determined by your Class 12 board exam percentages. GD Goenka University has a clear merit-based scholarship table that shows how much fee waiver you can get based on your marks. For example, students with very high percentages may receive a significant discount on their BA tuition fees. You can find these details on the university website or ask an admission counsellor. They will look at your mark sheet and tell you exactly which scholarship category you fall into during the admission process.

While government colleges are traditional, GD Goenka University offers a more modern, industry-aligned BA experience with better infrastructure. You get access to specialised labs, international exchange programs, and much smaller class sizes, which means more personal attention from teachers. The university also places a heavy emphasis on "soft skills" and career grooming, which are often missing in larger public institutions. If you are looking for a global learning environment and better campus placements, a private university like this one is a strong choice.

GD Goenka University offers multiple convenient ways to pay your BA fees, including online portals, bank transfers (NEFT/RTGS), or demand drafts. Most students prefer the online payment gateway available on the university website because it is fast and provides an instant receipt. You can also pay in person at the campus accounts office. The university usually allows fees to be paid in two instalments, one at the start of each semester to help families manage the financial commitment more easily throughout the academic year.

No, the BA tuition fee only covers the academic portion of your studies. If you choose to stay on campus, the hostel and mess charges are separate and depend on the type of room you select (such as AC or non-AC, and single or shared). GD Goenka University offers premium residential facilities with balanced meals included in the hostel fee. It is a good idea to check the latest hostel fee circular on the university website to understand the total cost of living on campus for the duration of your four-year degree.

Yes, when you first join the BA program, there are two main one-time payments. GD Goenka University charges an Admission Fee of INR 25,000 and a Security Deposit of INR 25,000. The security deposit is refundable once you complete your degree or leave the university, provided there are no dues. These initial charges are paid along with the first semester's tuition fee to confirm your enrollment.

Yes, parents are very much encouraged to visit the campus and be part of the admission journey. GD Goenka University understands that choosing a BA course is a big family decision. While you are appearing for your interview or test, your parents can interact with admission counsellors, tour the campus, and check out the hostel and dining facilities. This gives everyone a chance to ask questions about safety, fees, and campus life, ensuring that the whole family feels confident and comfortable with the university choice.

Internal transfers between BA specialisations are sometimes possible during the first few weeks of the semester, provided there is a vacant seat in the new course. GD Goenka University allows this only if you meet the eligibility criteria for the new major and get approval from the Dean of the respective school. However, because courses like Culinary Arts and Psychology have very different requirements and fee structures, it is much better to choose your preferred major correctly at the time of initial admission.

Due to the high demand for social sciences, seats for the BA in Psychology are quite competitive. GD Goenka University maintains a limited intake to ensure that every student gets personal attention from the faculty. If you have a strong interest in the subject and a decent school record, you have a good chance, but applying early is definitely the best strategy to secure your spot.
