Yes, you are eligible for this course, the eligibility criteria does not state any particular stream. But, you must have at least 50% in your Bachelor's degree.

Yes, you can take admission you need to give the entrance test and personal interview and after you clear that you are ready to go.
Yes there is placement cell as well.
