It is indeed great to hear from you that you are interested in doing Bachelor of commerce graduation through distance mode of education and not Bachelor of engineering. It is very nice to have such clear-cut aim in life. For admission to any graduation course minimum qualification is invariably class 12th pass. Apparently, you have done your Diploma after class 10th and not class 12th. So, you will not have class 12th pass certificate with you. But, do not worry.
