Admission process for M.A. in Economics at University of Hyderabad is mentioned below:
Candidates are selected based on the marks obtained in the written test conducted by the university. Eligible candidates need to appear for a written test conducted by University of Hyderabad. Interested candidates can apply online with required information.
Eligibility:
Basic eligibility to apply for this course is that candidate should have scored a minimum of 50% marks in graduation with Mandatory Course : B.A.

I would suggest you to opt for IMI Bhubaneswar as it is better than IBS. Moreover, you will be getting the brand name IMI.

Ans to your question is - Yes.
No degree or particular percentage is required to get into animation institutes for some certificate course.
i would suggest you- certificate of graphic / animation course is useless until you are not a skilled creative person. Learn softwares, be skilled that is the only way to get into animation industry.
