Osmania University College for Women was founded in 1924 and has been a constituent college of Osmania University since 1989. According to 2022 placement data analytics, out of total 1009 students of UG (3 Year Batch), 105 students were placed with a median package of INR 2.5 LPA and out of total 560 students of PG (2 Year) batch, 200 students were placed at a median package of INR 4 LPA.

Common University Entrance Test, popularly known by its acronym CUET, is a National level test which is conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) . The candidates' All India Ranks are used to determine who gets admitted to the B.Tech programme. This is determined based on the JEE Mains score. 

The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JOSSa) will conduct counselling for interested candidates utilising their All India Rank. In accordance with the choices made by the candidate, counselling will be provided during each round of seat distribution.

This deemed to be University accepts a total of 270 students for the course B.Tech. 

Private Engineering College Mahindra University, Hyderabad is situated in Bahadurpally, Hyderabad. It was started in 2013 and has a connection to JNTU. As of 2019, MEC has seen two batches successfully finish.
