The Adi shankara institute of engineering and technology (ASIET), is a self financing college, situated in kalady, in Ernakulam district of Kerala. The college was started on 31 August 2001 ASIET is affiliated to APJ Abdul Kalam technological University. Life is good in ASIET, college provides good placements from campus, 100 CSE students got placed, company like TCS, IBMand HCL etc. visits the college for placement. The college has experienced and high qualified faculties, but infrastructure is average. The college has Labs, classroom and library but they are not spacious. It has a friendly and learning environment.

Both are more or less top private engineering college affiliated to Rgpv in Indore. There are around 25 engineering colleges which are affiliated to Rgpv. IPS and AITR are best two out of them. So interms of overall performance both end up pretty same. IPS Academy, Indore and Indore Institute of Management and Research as they offer different courses and have different areas of expertise. No, only class 12thscore is not enough, candidates need to get a good score in Common Entrance Test (CET) for the final selection. For PG courses too, candidates need to clear GATE and other related entrance exams before the final selection is done.
