To get a seat in the BCom course at Poornima University, candidates are required to complete their Class 12 from a relevant stream with a minimum aggregate of 50%. Moreover, to get a seat in the programme, candidates are required to qualify for the merit list, which is released on the basis of candidates' achieved scores in their Class 12 or equivalent.

Some other specialisations in which the BSc course is offered are Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, etc. Poornima University BSc admission is primarily merit-based.
