For admission to a BSc course at the NIMS Institute of Management and Commerce, aspirants must meet the course-specific eligibility requirements. The aspirants who are Class 12 or equivalent exam pass from a recognised board are eligible for admission. Arya College of Engineering and IT (ACEIT) offers admission through JEE Main under the Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process (REAP) to JEE Main (Main) students in Jaipur Most seats are reserved for students from Rajasthan while a lesser portion is open for candidates from other states and management quota.

To apply, you need to have been in 12th grade with Physics mathematics and an optional subject like Chemistry or Biology and scored at least 45% (40% for reserved categories). Your JEE Main rank and your class 12 marks both play a role in the selection process.

If you have filled up the NIOS form and still haven't received any call for payment of the registration fee, you can do it online by visiting the official portal of NIOS. 
Verify Fee Details: Verify the fee structure:
Theory Subjects: INR 300 each
Practical Subjects: INR 150 each
Pay: You will have options for the payment. You can use a credit card, debit card, net banking, or UPI to complete the transaction.
After successfully paying, you can print or download your fee receipt for future reference.

Yes, you can apply with 70% in Class 12 as the eligibility generally requires a pass percentage. Still, clearing the entrance examination of AIEED or other requirements for admission has to be done. Besides, your creative aptitude and personal interview performance are also considered. You need to check the course you are applying for and seek more details on that particular course.
