The Poornima Group of Colleges (PGC) includes Poornima College of Engineering. It was started in Jaipur in 2000. The National Board of Accreditation (NBA) has granted it accreditation, and it is connected with Rajasthan Technical University. Out of 116 ITS Colleges, it was ranked number two by RTU in 2020. Poornima College of Engineering, part of the Poornima Group of Colleges, does not have B.Tech cutoffs because it bases admission on entrance tests like the JEE and REAP. If there are adequate seats available, the college may also offer admission based on 12th-grade scores under the management quota.

For B.Tech admissions, candidates must have received a 10+2 Science Diploma from the Rajasthan Board or CBSE. In order to qualify for admission, they must also pass the JEE Main exam. Selections are made in accordance with REAP counseling's recommendation. As a result, REAP also accepts applications. Candidates must also receive 45% in the required disciplines of Physics, Math, and Chemistry.
