The best distance university is Symbiosis. I would suggest you to take admission there only because IGNOU is not a good university for distance course.

To know about the admissions directly into the 3rd semester, you may contact the college administration. Since it is about the rules of the college, they won't be mentioning them in any websites.

UG & PG courses are offered in the constituent and affiliated colleges of Rajasthan University. LLB Admission is done on the basis of score in RULET conducted by the university. Students have to qualify in RULET to secure admission in Five-Year Integrated BA LLB Programme. BCom LLB course is not off
