Firstly, in LNMIIT there is no quota and if it is your OBC rank then there will be no chance for you but if it is your general rank there will be 20-25% chances that you can get CSE seat in LNMIIT.

Hi, both the universities are good at their own place. It totally depends on your interest that in which college or location you are more comfortable. People prefer Delhi university colleges because of the location. In Delhi, you can attend coaching classes and prepare for various government exams. So, choice is yours. Best of luck.

As your percentile are low, so there is less possibility that you get a good engineering college. So, you can apply any private college or if you want a good college, then you should again prepare for JEE.

Yes, there are 85% chances you can get admission easily, and if you see last year cut-off for CCE then you will definitely get admission in CCE.
