Yes. They do accept it. National Institute of Open Schooling is an organisation run by central government. They have complete authority to conduct board exam and no one can question their validity. The certificates issued by NIOS is hundred percent valid. Please check the below link for Univeristies

According to me JECRC is better college. They provide excellent placements and have good facilities.

Yes, JECRC University is very good institute for B.Sc Microbiology. You can get admission here. They provide good facility and placement also.

Yes, you can.You can get admission in 2nd year of B.Tech. For this, you will have to fill up the form of REAP which can be available at www.reapraj.com. You can try in best colleges like SKIT where you get real life experience and conducive environment for learning.
