No NIT Jamshedpur is expensive but NIT is a Central University so it offers several fee waiver and scholarship schemes so on should not worry about fees and you should choose the best suited option and choose according to your course fees is not matter of concern as Vinoba Bhave University is a State University so you should ficus on your studies fees is not matter of concern.

Both Universities have ample of opportunities waiting for students and both colleges succeed in different field but in my opinion NIT Jamshedpur is one of best University so you should go but you should also consider various factors which can vary person to person then choose right college for pursuing Btech .
