No, there is no ragging culture at IIT Jodhpur has an anti-ragging cell. The Institute takes action against the students involved in ragging. With an OBC-NCL rank of 2,05,084 in JEE Main, it's far very hard to get admission in B.E. Mechanical Engineering at MBM Engineering College.
