Acharya Institute of Health Sciences conducts a wo and a half hours to three and a half hours entrance test to shortlist candidates for admission to MPT programme. The test includes 200-300 objective-type questions across sections such as Human Anatomy, Biomechanics, Exercise, Electrotherapy, Physiotherapy-Rehabilitation in Clinical Sciences Musculoskeletal Neurology. Candidates have to score well in the test to get admission in the MPT programme.

Acharya Institute of Health Sciences admissions are primarily merit-based. The institute conducts an entrance test for admission to MPT programme.
