JSS Medical College offers a range of courses in fields like Medicine, Denistry, Pharmacy, Health Sciences,  etc. The college offers courses at the UG, PG, and Doctorate levels. A number of Diploma & Ceritificate courses are also offered by the College.  At the UG level, the college offers five and a half-year MBBS and three-year BSc courses. BSc is offered in multiple streams like Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Environmental Sciences,  Forensic Science, Cardiac Care Technology, etc. Bachelor's in Public Health (BPH), BPharma, BDS, BBA are also offered at the UG level by the college.

The fee structure is different for different courses based on the stream and duration of the courses. Additional fees like that of hostels can also be included in the yearly fee structure if one opts for it. MBBS is the most popular course offered by the JSS Medical college. The duration of the MBBS course is 4 ½ years followed by compulsory rotating internship training of one year. Students who want to take admission for MBBS course need to give NEET UG  Exam conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) followed by MCC councelling or KEA counselling for Karnataka state quota. There are 250 seats offered by the college for MMBS programme.

JSS Medical college was established between 1984-85. It is a private medical college located in Mysore, Karnataka. It is recognised by the Medical Council of India. It is a constituent college of JSS Academy of Higher Education & Research.
