There are many criteria that makes a college to be good MBA college. If you are focused towards Kolkata region then besides IIM I would suggest you for UEM Kolkata the best for satisfying lot of criteria including good placements. Marks is little less as many good colleges do have some minimum marks criteria throughout its academic from 10th. So please check or ask them before applying for admission. IIMC offers the following scholarships for its various programs:
1. The Rati Aggarwal Scholarship will be awarded to a meritorious female student of the Hindi Journalism Course, based on her performance in the Entrance Exam.
2. The Star TV Scholarship will be awarded to a meritorious student of Radio & TV Journalism, based on his / her performance in the Entrance Exam.

Yes, you can, also you are supposed to be in 12th grade or have passed 12th grade to appear for the entrance exam (NIFT Under Graduate Programme).
Forms will be out in October 2019, you should start preparing, go through the prospectus of this year for an idea about how the exam will be.
Practice as much as you can, explore, read, write, draw, be patient and prepare yourself.
An exam is only tough if you are not prepared.

There's no specific syllabus for the entrance exam. But questions come from films, media, current affairs and GK. And there's a section of creative writing where you will have to write an essay, pictorial interpretation note, a story with provided words, etc.
The eligibility criteria is quite simple. Till last year, one had to get 60% in aggregate (best of 4) in 10+2 to apply for the course. And the final list is prepared on the basis of your 10+2 and entrance exam marks.
