Doing LLB through distance education is not recognized by Bar council of India. Only a person who has completed his full time LLB is recognized to be eligible to practice law in India.

It was to be held in the third week of May 2018 (UG courses) and First week of July 2018 (PG courses) but was tentative. So, kindly find the exact dates on https://aliah.ac.in/new-auat-2017.

Pass with 50% aggregate marks in LL.B, subject to valid score in entrance exam followed by interview. CLAT, AILET, LSAT, NEST are the exams through you can take admission. Generally universities offering LL.M. course conduct an Entrance Test for admission to the program. The application forms for this course are available in the month of April-May every year.
