This scholarship involves a monthly of rupees INR 8,000 (eight thousand rupees) to the selected scholarship candidates. This amount is being provided by the government of West Bengal. Conditions applied:

• Must be a resident of West Bengal
• The applicant must have scored a minimum of 75% aggregate in Class 10 and 12, respectively
• The candidate must have a minimum of 55% aggregate in their graduation (Engineering)
• If the candidate is at the P.G. level then 53% aggregate minimum required
• The annual income of the family should not exceed INR 2.5 lacs
