It is a great institute with excellent placement records. IIM Kozhikode concluded its final placement process for its 24th batch of PGP along with the batches of PGP- Finance (PGP-F) and PGP Liberal Studies and Management (PGP-LSM). It achieved 100% placements in just three days. Over 159 recruiters participated and presented 559 offers to students. The highest and median package offered during the 2023 placement drive was INR 67.02 LPA and INR 27 LPA, respectively. The top recruiters were top companies like Deloitte, Adani, EY, Amazon, Microsoft, etc.

For admission to a two-year MBA/ PGP course at IIM Kozhikode, candidates must fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria in the first place. Candidates who passed graduation with minimum 60% aggregate from a recognised university are eligible to apply for MBA course. However, there is a five percent relaxation for reserved category candidates and they must obtain a minimum of 55% aggregate in their final graduation. Further, candidates who do not hold any graduation degree must score minimum 50% aggregate in obtain CA/ICWA/CS to qualify for the eligibility.

IIM Kozhikode offers a two-year Post Graduate Programme (PGP) in Management, which is equivalent to MBA. Apart from regular PGP course, the institute also offers three other PG level Management courses for the same duration. For admission to IIM Kozhikode for the flagship MBA (or PGP) course, the last date for CAT correction process is 28 Sep. Also, the result of CAT can be expected by the last week of December 2023. After the release of result, the exam takers will be able to download their CAT scorecards from the official website using their login credentials for IIM Kozhikode admission. IIM Kozhikode admission criteria and selection process for 2025-27 PGP batch includes shortlisting of candidates on the basis of CAT cut offs, academic record, WAT and PI. The qualifying CAT cut off percentile for IIM Kozhikode admission 2025 has been released. The overall CAT qualifying percentile is 85 for the General AI category student. IIM Kozhikode do not release the final CAT cutoff publicly and is only accessible through account login to those candidates who appear in the CAT exam.
