Yes, you can get direct admission into the Dr. M. C. Saxena Group of Colleges (MCSGOC) through the Management Quota by paying some extra donation fees. SGPGI Lucknow offers an MD course based on valid NEET PG scores, followed by the NEET PG counselling process. In 2025, the NEET PG Round 2 closing rank for MD in Radiodiagnosis was 347 for the students belonging to the General AI quota. The cutoff rank varies for different courses, rounds and categories.

There aren't many, but they're all excellent and have a lot of expertise. There are some guest faculty members present, but not many from the sector; they are primarily supporting. It's not good when certain professors teach straight from the text. Very little technology is used in the classroom. However, some have a lot of experience and have been teaching for a long time.
