To get into IIM, Indore or Ahmedabad, you can give CAT exam for 2 year PGDM course. IIM, Indore also runs 5-year IPM course (last 2 years are held along with PGDM students), which you can join after 12th class. You can also enter through GMAT score if you are an NRI.

It is not easy to get MITS B.Arch in 20000 rank. You should apply for counselling I think you should get.

You need to register yourself with the DTE website and as you've not given CMAT, you can get admission on the basis of your qualifying exams. The seat will be allotted only in second counselling as first counselling is held for CMAT students.

You are eligible with this score. Admissions are made through counseling based on rank obtained in KEAM.
