Hence, admission to its BSc programme is provided to the candidates with a valid score in BV-ABOP, an entrance exam conducted by Bharati Vidyapeeth. No, candidates cannot join IIT Indore without taking an entrance exam. Admission to UG/PG courses at IIT Indore is based on national level entrance exams such as JEE MAIN, JEE Advanced, GATE. For BTech, admission is based on JEE Main and JEE Advanced, followed by counselling process. The minimum eligibility for admission at IITI is passing Class 12 with at least 75% aggregate marks. 

To get admission in IIT Indore, candidates must qualify the national-level entrance exams such as JEE Main, JEE Advanced, IIT JAM, or GATE. Candidtates who qualify the entrance exam are then eligible for the counselling process. Once the counselling process is completed, students must get their documents verified followed by paying the fees.  

IIT Indore observed 89.76% placements for BTech and 65.38% placements for M.Tech batch passed out in 2023.
